International Youth Foundation needed an event to celebrate the graduation of 1,700 young people from the "Networking" cybersecurity program in Mexico, recognizing their effort and providing a memorable experience for the graduates and their families.
How did we do it?
We developed a creative concept that celebrated the young people's efforts, highlighting their achievement with visual elements like rollups featuring recognition phrases and a program backdrop. We created a photo area for attendees to capture special memories. We handled all logistics, from setting up screens, audio, and decor to coordinating the orderly distribution of diplomas with a master of ceremonies. Everything was designed to ensure that the graduates had a smooth and memorable experience.
