VATIA celebrated 28 years of evolution, growth, and transformation. It marked this milestone by opening its new corporate headquarters in Cali.
The milestone called for more than a ceremony. It called for an experience capable of bringing together employees and special guests while translating nearly three decades of history into a moment people could truly feel.The main challenge was to strengthen pride and the sense of belonging as the company began a new chapter.
How did we do it?
Penta designed and produced the full inauguration, from creative conceptualization to on-site execution.
The experience was designed as a journey. The ribbon-cutting ceremony opened the event, followed by the unveiling of an institutional sculpture, a piece that now remains at the headquarters as a symbol of this milestone. The experience continued with a guided tour through the new facilities, where each space shared a part of the company’s history and its vision for the future.
The corporate event was executed across two sessions to ensure a tailored experience for each group: the first with 160 attendees and the second with 110. In total, 270 people experienced the new headquarters.
The closing moment focused on integration, networking, and celebration. A comprehensive event production that included ambiance, brand experiences, photobooths, catering, and entertainment.
