VATIA sought to celebrate an important milestone for the company: the inauguration of its new corporate headquarters in Cali. The objective was to create an experience that brought together employees and special guests to commemorate 28 years of evolution, growth, and transformation, while strengthening pride and a sense of belonging around this new chapter.
How did we do it?
Penta developed an integrated experience that connected VATIA’s history with its vision for the future through a memorable journey across its new facilities.
The experience included symbolic moments such as the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the unveiling of an institutional sculpture, and a guided tour of the new headquarters, creating meaningful connections between attendees and the company.
The celebration was complemented by networking, integration, and celebration moments, along with a comprehensive production that included event styling, brand experiences, photobooths, catering, and entertainment.
