Convention ELANCO

Their need

Elanco requested the organization of its Annual Convention, with the main objective of offering a unique and memorable experience for its attendees. Among their requests, the following stood out:

  • A check-in hall with a blue carpet concept, paparazzi, and fans for the delivery of the convention kits.
  • A welcome cocktail on the beach, with a tropical chic concept, incorporating the flags of the participating countries and a map of the Americas where attendees could place a pin on the country where they work.
  • For the second day, a Jimmy Fallon-style talk show and movie-themed carousels, including Rocky, Superman, Gladiator, and F1.
  • In the evening, an awards ceremony inspired by the Oscars, called the Elanco Awards, with a setting similar to the Oscars.
  • The third day included a morning of yoga and team building. The night culminated with a Moulin Rouge-style closing dinner, featuring a crazy hour, live music, a photo spot, and themed decor.

How did we do it?

  • For the check-in, we prepared a hall with a blue carpet, creating a welcoming atmosphere with paparazzi and fans, which provided a dynamic and highly visual reception at the beginning of the event.
  • The welcome cocktail on the beach was designed with a tropical chic concept, highlighting the flags of the participating countries and an interactive map of the Americas where each attendee marked their country of work. In addition, there was a crazy hour and a live artist performance.
  • The Jimmy Fallon-style talk show was organized with a professional setup, where we even brought a dog to perform activities. In the afternoon, movie-themed carousel dynamics were designed to offer interactive and themed experiences, creating a fun and exciting atmosphere.
  • For the Elanco Awards ceremony, we created a setting inspired by the Oscars, featuring an exclusive blue carpet, star-shaped table centerpieces, stars on the floor reminiscent of Las Vegas, elegant décor, and an atmosphere worthy of a high-level awards ceremony.
  • The third day began with a peaceful morning of yoga, followed by team building to keep the energy high. The Moulin Rouge-style closing dinner wrapped up the event with a spectacular touch, featuring live music, a crazy hour, a photo spot, and vibrant, energetic décor, just like the iconic Parisian cabaret.
