Our client wanted to organize an exclusive event in the Bahamas that would strengthen the relationship with their internal sales team while simultaneously connecting with current and potential corporate clients and SMEs. The challenge was to find a unique venue, different from conventional hotels, that would allow complementary activities to take place in the same location—a stylish and modern cocktail event for around 140 businesspeople and executives.
How did we do it?
Penta designed a comprehensive experience, from selecting and securing the Margaritaville Resort venue—a space with a fresh and exclusive atmosphere—to fully developing the creative concept “The Digital Edge: The future of payments integration for improving your business efficiency.” The day was focused on the sales force, featuring buffet-style displays, a motivational host, and high-quality, practical merchandising. Afterwards, a modern and chic lounge environment was created, with gourmet catering, live music, supporting materials, physical invitations with special details, and carefully designed gift bags to enrich the attendees’ experience.
Thanks to detailed planning and flawless execution, the event successfully positioned our client as an innovative and approachable brand, fostering genuine and lasting connections with key clients, and creating an ideal environment for networking and inspiration.
