BAC sought to effectively communicate the pillars of its 2026 strategy to all employees, ensuring that key corporate concepts such as profitability, market share, people-centricity, digital transformation, and payment solutions were clearly understood and embraced across the organization. The challenge was to transform traditional corporate communication into an engaging, participatory experience that would drive greater awareness, employee involvement, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
How did we do it?
Penta designed and executed the **BAC 2026 Strategic Roadmap**, a traveling gamified experience consisting of five interactive stations, each linked to one of the company’s strategic pillars. Through collaborative dynamics, hands-on challenges, and knowledge-based activities, participants progressed through the experience using a personalized passport that tracked their achievements with collectible stickers. This approach transformed abstract strategic concepts into tangible and memorable experiences, encouraging active participation, teamwork, and a practical understanding of the company’s strategy, while strengthening employees’ sense of belonging and commitment to BAC’s organizational goals.
