We managed the event's end-to-end production, overseeing every brand touchpoint throughout the experience.
We developed the tournament's creative concept and branding, ensuring consistent brand visibility throughout the event.
We created an exclusive client lounge within the club, featuring a large-screen viewing area where participants could watch both the tournament matches and the FIFA World Cup games.
We implemented brand visibility across all tournament courts, ensuring consistent exposure throughout the competition.
We installed branded entrance signage at the parking area, providing clear wayfinding and guiding attendees seamlessly to the event.
We designed and managed the registration area, including attendee check-in, the production of branded materials, and the assembly and distribution of participant kits.
We produced the main stage for prize draws and the awards ceremony.
We developed a bespoke awards concept that reflected the brand's identity. Instead of traditional trophies, champions received Gold Records and runners-up received Silver Records in each competition category.
