Philip Morris International was looking for a striking activation for its L&M brand in Nassau, Bahamas. The goal was to create an attractive and functional space within the tradeshow and tasting event, held at Sapodilla Estate. In addition to being a visual standout, the booth had to comply with health regulations and allow for close interaction with key guests.
How did we do it?
We started with renderings validated with the client, ensuring a design faithful to the brand's vision. The installation was completed on time and with precision.
We integrated uniforms, brochures, ashtrays, displays, and other branding elements with complete visual coherence. Despite logistical changes and last-minute adjustments, the team solved each challenge swiftly. One-on-one interactions with executives were promoted, and all health measures were implemented. The event was successful and highly rated by PMI, attendees, and partners.
