Our client, an official sponsor of Rauw Alejandro’s concert in the Dominican Republic, sought to create a branded VIP area for La X 102 FM and its guests. The event took place on Saturday, December 13, 2015. The goal was to design a comfortable space where the brand presence could be felt in every corner.
Penta designed, produced, and styled the space with custom furniture, branded logo plaques used as centerpieces and bar décor, and a VIP platform for company executives and their guests, featuring high tables and chairs, waiter service, and bartenders. The result was a fully customized, branded, and durable VIP area, aligned with the sponsor’s identity.
Additionally, we implemented full logistical operations (setup, supervision, and trained staff), a custom coconut stand, and bar utensils branded with the client’s logo.
