The client needed to organize a three-day event outside the city, offering their guests a comprehensive experience from the moment they arrived in the country until their departure. This included transportation, tourist activities, a main product-launch event, and a carefully planned agenda that integrated culture, logistics, and hospitality.
Penta coordinated all travel logistics: airport pick-ups, transportation to the hotel, and continuous support throughout the stay. The first day included check-in and the delivery of a welcome kit designed by our team, followed by a welcome dinner with décor and sound provided by Penta.
On the second day, guests enjoyed a sightseeing tour of the Agua Clara Locks, followed by a typical lunch at the Causeway and a guided tour of Casco Antiguo, while another team prepared the main event setup.
For the main event, Penta produced a 7×3-meter booth for the launch of MARSHAL tires, installed a 10×4-meter screen, lighting, sound, a photobooth with printed photos, and a traditional Panamanian dance performance—creating a complete, cultural, and memorable experience for all attendees.
