Scotiabank and Mastercard sought to offer the winners of their campaign in Caribbean markets an unforgettable gastronomic experience in an iconic destination. The goal was to design a complete trip that combined culture, history, Italian cuisine, and continuous support, ensuring that each participant enjoyed a truly priceless experience.
Penta planned, coordinated, and executed a seven-day, six-night experience in Rome, covering every detail of the trip. The itinerary included private transportation throughout the stay, local gastronomic tours, cooking and pastry classes with expert chefs, guided visits to iconic landmarks such as the Colosseum, and a full-day tour through the Tuscany region. In addition, the team accompanied the winners at all times, handled documentation and verifications, managed pre-trip coordination, and provided additional support for reservations and transfers outside the main itinerary.
