The client requested the full organization of a corporate event to launch a new product aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The goal was to create an experience that showcased the collaboration between Fidelity and Mastercard, highlighting how their services and products can drive growth for this business segment.
We handled the complete management of the event, from logistical coordination to on-site execution. To ensure a memorable experience, we created an interactive environment, broadcast live to three islands, allowing for broad participation. We designed a diverse schedule with presentations from key speakers from the collaborating brands, combining inspiring speeches with a networking cocktail. Additionally, we integrated innovative activations, such as a station for personalizing loyalty cards and a technology demonstration zone, allowing attendees to interact directly with the product and strengthen their connection with the brand. The event was a great success, creating an emotional bond with the attendees and positioning the brands as leaders in innovation for the SME segment.
