The University of Honduras (UNICAH) approached us to organize their first congress, which consisted of two days of presentations on medicine and artificial intelligence, featuring talks from several international speakers. The goal of the event was to provide attendees with an enriching and accessible experience. However, the university did not want the congress to be solely in-person; they also wanted to offer the possibility for people from other cities and countries to participate.
Penta Marketing was responsible for creating and implementing a multiverse platform, where participants from anywhere in the world could connect and experience something unique. Through this platform, attendees interacted with virtual characters, created personalized avatars, and attended the presentations as if they were physically in the auditorium. Using our tool Frame, Penta made this virtual experience a reality, allowing users to feel part of the event regardless of their physical location, and perfectly complementing the in-person event.
