The client, CIBC Caribbean, needed the organization and execution of an event for the launch of their Mastercard prepaid card, with the goal of presenting the new alliance with Mastercard and highlighting the features of their product, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for the attendees, aligned with the values of security, convenience, and digitalization.
Penta Marketing was responsible for the full management of the event, coordinating third-party payments, setup and teardown, and handling last-minute requests such as the inclusion of 20 additional people. Additionally, they took charge of producing the event’s visual materials, including videos, signage, and key visuals (KVs). The agency also managed last-minute content changes and quickly adapted the agendas and other materials to meet the client’s needs. All decorative aspects were overseen to ensure the event met the requirements of CIBC and Mastercard, creating an experience that exceeded the clients' expectations.
